Clarification Text on the Protection of Personal Data

In accordance with the law and the purpose of the KVK Law, your collected personal data may be processed within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes stipulated in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law limited to the purposes of accurately planning, executing and managing our company's commercial collaborations, management and communication activities and strategies, performance of necessary works by our business units in order to ensure that the personal data subjects benefit from the products and services in the best way possible and customization according to their demands, needs and wishes, ensuring the highest level of data security, improving the services offered on our website and eliminating errors on the website, communicating with the personal data subjects who have submitted their requests and complaints, and ensuring the management of requests and complaints,event management, providing legal information to authorized institutions, creation and follow-up of visitor records, ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company, our dealers, branches, group companies and people who have business relations with our Company (Administrative operations for communication carried out by our company, ensuring the physical security and supervision of the company's locations, business partner / customer / supplier / authorized / employee evaluation processes, reputation research processes, legal compliance process, audit, financial affairs, etc.), determining and implementing our Company's commercial and business strategies and ensuring that our Company's human resources policies are implemented, and they may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, group companies, Company officials, shareholders, dealers and branches, as well as legally authorized public institutions and private individuals, within the scope of personal data transfer conditions stipulated in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVK Law. If the processing activity carried out for the aforementioned purposes does not meet any of the conditions stipulated in the Law, your explicit consent shall be obtained by our Company regarding the relevant processing activity.

c) Methods and Legal Reasons of Personal Data Collection

Your personal data are collected by our Company through technical and procedural methods performed in different channels such as the website, mobile applications, call center, telephone, social media tools and physical channels (filling surveys/printed forms, etc.) for the purpose of providing you with our commercial services using these channels and in order for our company to fulfill its legal responsibilities, to fulfill the requirements of the business relationship we have established with you, and for the establishment, use and protection of our mutual rights in this direction within the framework of legal reasons arising from and executed based on the applicable legislation, contract, demand, commercial practice and good faith rules that can be applied to carry out our commercial activities,and forpreserving the legitimate interests of our Company by observing the fundamental rights and freedoms of the personal data subjects we are in contact with.

d) Rights of the Data Subject
